This is the most important part of your purchase!


Order Processing

All orders will be processed within 24-48 hours of order confirmation. To make sure this process is expedited and there are no delays please make sure your order form is complete and all information is correct. Please check the following information on your order form.

  • Name and address are correct and complete

  • Your phone numbers are present and correct. Your order will not be processed with out your phone number.

  • Your email is correct. With out a correct email you will not get your order tracking number

In the event that the product that you choose is out of stock, on back order or the color you choose is not available you will be contacted to change models or colors. Your order will be frozen until you have chosen a new color or model.



Customer's responsibility


  • Rev Limit Scooter's main goal, to provide fast, easy, secure, purchase transactions for our customers. As a result we accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, Pay Pal, Wire transfer, Money order, Cashier Check, and Western Union. We do not under any circumstances give out your personal information, period! We use a secured site to make your Internet shopping safe and a fun experience. All credit card transactions are conducted on our secure server and we confirm all orders before processing.   • Customers of Rev Limit Scooter's are responsible for following their local laws regarding safety equipment and rules of the road policies. Any minor operating a product purchased from rev limit scooters is to be supervised by an experienced adult at all times. Rev Limit Scooters is not responsible for any property or physical damage due to operation of purchased vehicle(s). Please, check with your local DMV for your motorcycle/scooter safety handbook. In short, do your research before purchase of any products! In purchasing from Rev Limit Scooters you agree to all terms and conditions stated.   • No sales tax will be collected unless the purchaser is a California resident. This means all other states will have to take the bill of sale along with MSO/MCO (Manufacturer's Certificate of Origin) to register and pay local sales tax of the vehicle at your local DMV. The MSO is such an important document that it is not supposed to be shipped with the vehicle. Due to the third party trucking company, it will be mailed to you after you complete the MSO/MCO request form. MSO/MCO generally requires 2-4 business days. Failure to complete the form will result in none registration of the vehicle(s). Rev. Limit Scooter's is not responsible for any fees from the DMV out side of California.   1. Errors On The Web Site


  • Rev Limit Scooters tries to be as accurate as possible on our web site. As we are all human, mistakes happen. We apologize in advance for any and all mistakes made on our web page. Please, let us know if there are any discrepancies so we can make the proper adjustments.

  • Information about the units we have listed on our web site is from the manufacturers and/or distributors. As such we cannot guarantee that product description or specifications, pricing or any other content is accurate.

  • In the event that we list a product incorrectly, we have the right to either honor or cancel the order.

  1. Inspection Prior To Use


  • As the purchaser of the vehicle(s) you are responsible to inspect/build your new vehicle(s). If you are not certified to do so, you are responsible to have any service and inspections performed by a certified mechanic. Be sure to call your local dealer/mechanic to see if they will work on the vehicle(s) you are about to purchase. If you have any questions feel free to contact sales@revlimitscooters.com.



  1. Before You Ride


    1. You need to visually inspect your vehicle

    2. Check the tire pressure every time you ride

    3. Check if the brakes function

    4. Check all fluid levels oil, fuel, and others

    5. If your vehicle is belt or chain driven check the tension

    6. Make all adjustments before you ride!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!



CANCELLATION AGREEMENT POLICY


Any Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of original order date. All cancellations will be charged a 100$ non negotiable non refundable cancellation fee to cover any and all time loss in processing, and will also cover any merchant processing fee's. All cancellation requests must be sent to management@revlimitscooters.com for review. If approved your refund will then be processed and funds will be returned/credited back to you with in 5-7 business days of the cancellation approval date. In the event that you did not cancel within the 24 hour period allowed for cancellations and your order had been processed you will be charged a 25% restocking fee and all applicable shipping charges incurred in the process and delivery of your vehicle. (WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE CHECKING OUT!) If you are retuning a product back to RLS LLC you must obtain a RMA number for your return to be valid. Your RMA number must also be placed on your return label underneath your address. All RMA NUMBERS ARE LOGGED AND EXPIRE 15 DAYS AFTER THEY HAVE BEEN ISSUED. Any and all products returned with out a RMA NUMBER WILL BE REFUSED AND SHIPPED BACK AT YOUR EXPENSE.




SHIPPING AGREEMENT POLICY


When your shipment arrives and before you take delivery of your order you must and are required to inspect your order. This means pulling the cover off of your vehicle and making sure there is no shipping damage which occurred in transit. We make sure that all shipments are secure and in good condition before they leave the warehouse. Once a unit is handed to the trucking companies we have no control on how your order is handled. The only reason to refuse a shipment is if there is any damage beyond repair. In no case shall you refuse a shipment due to cosmetic damage. You mast also note any and all damage on the drivers B.O.L. DO NOT SIGN FOR YOUR VEHICLE UNLESS YOU HAVE INSPECTED IT. Once you have signed for your order you are releasing the shipping company of all liability unless you have noted damages on the B.O.L. In the event that your order has been damaged in shipping you must take pictures and email them to shipping@revlimitscooters.com with in 24 hours and then fill out a warranty claim form. In the event that your order has suffered structural damage beyond repair you must contact us immediately to deny the shipment. Any shipments that are refused and do not meet the guide lines of damaged beyond repair will be subject to a restocking fee and shipping cost back to our warehouse. If you do not report any damage with the allowed time of 24 hours of receiving your shipment your parts will not be covered under any warranty policy.







Product Warranty


All products purchased through Rev Limit Scooters have a Parts only Warranty. Meaning Rev Limit Scooters and or their Manufactures will never pay for any labor cost incurred during the repair of your vehicle.


Product warranty will cover the following; Engine Assembly, transfer case, and front or rear differentials will be covered under warranty if any of these parts malfunction due to manufacture defects.


This warrant only covers non wear and tear items. The parts not covered under warranty are as follows but not limited to: Oil, oil filters, air filters, spark plugs, batteries, wiring harnesses, carburetors, tires, tubes, belts, chains, grips, mirrors, light bulbs, clutch plates, cables, brakes lines, brake pads, body panels, forks, shocks, sprockets, nuts, bolts, washers, clips, external springs, fasteners, frames, CV boots, gaskets, and any rubber other parts.


All warranties must be performed by a certified mechanic, and to be validated as a warranty a certified mechanic must inspect and record all findings on an official shop repair order form. Then you must have the mechanics findings faxed to us at 559-314-3803 for review by one of our management team members. If it is determined that it is a malfunction do to a manufacture error we will then send the parts to your repair shop or coordinate with your repair shop to have your unit fixed. Once again Rev Limit Scooters does not cover labor.
